Cancellation & Refund Policy -

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they are not shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  

Returns & Refunds:

• We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
  

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, customized pieces, or products purchased with discounts are non-returnable.
  

Exchange:

• Subject to product availability, we offer exchanges for size or defects.
