Q. How do I track my order?
The moment your order leaves our studio, you’ll get an SMS/email with tracking details. You can follow every step till it reaches your doorstep.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order (before it is shipped). After shipping, cancellation isn’t possible.
Q. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Q. Are all items returnable?
Some items like sale products, discounted pieces or customized orders are non-returnable.
Q. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the product and it clears inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
Q. What if I ordered the wrong size?
Don’t worry, we offer exchanges for size issues (subject to availability).
